Frequently asked questions
Do I have to pay a deposit?
No. You book without a deposit and pay when we see you. We only ask that you let us know at least three hours ahead if you can't make it.
How long does colour or highlights take?
A root touch-up takes about two hours. Highlights or balayage, two to three, depending on length and how light you want to go. We tell you exactly when you book.
What if I'm running late?
We hold your slot for 15 minutes. After that we may have to shorten the service or move you, because there's already someone waiting behind you.
Can the price go up at the end?
The price on the list is what you pay. If your hair is very long or needs more product we tell you before we start and you decide. You never find out at the till.
