Yes, it includes the examination and an X-ray. You leave with a written quote having paid nothing, even if you decide to be treated somewhere else.
Can I pay for treatment in instalments?
Yes. Longer treatments like braces or several root canals can be paid per session or in interest-free monthly instalments. We agree it before starting.
Do you see emergencies?
Yes, same day. If you're in bad pain, had a knock or broke a tooth, message us on WhatsApp and we'll fit you in that day.
I'm really scared of the dentist. What do you do?
Tell us when you arrive and we change the pace: we explain each step before doing it, stop whenever you raise your hand, and use topical anaesthetic before any injection.
