Frequently asked questions
Do you charge for the diagnosis?
No. We look at your car and tell you what's wrong at no charge, even if you then decide to take it elsewhere. A computerised scan does have a cost, and we tell you before running it.
Do you source the parts?
Yes, and we show you the price and the brand before buying them. If you'd rather bring your own, that works too — we only charge for labour.
How long does the work take?
An oil change or brakes, same day. A tune-up, a few hours. Clutch or gearbox, a full day. You get the date in writing along with the quote.
What does the warranty cover?
Six months of labour on the work we did, on paper. If the same problem comes back within that time, we look at it and put it right at no charge.
