Who is responsible for your data

What we collect, and when

Only what you give us. If you fill in the form: your name, your email, your WhatsApp number, the option you're interested in and what you tell us about your business. The email and the number are both required, because they're the two ways we have of getting back to you.

We also record the date and time you ticked the box accepting this policy, as proof that you did.

If you write on WhatsApp, whatever is in that conversation.

If you use the chat on the site, the text of your messages so we can answer.

We don't build profiles of you, we don't buy lists, and we don't track you across other sites.

What we use it for

To answer you, prepare a quote and, if you hire us, build your page. Nothing else.

To do that we'll contact you on WhatsApp, by email or by phone — whichever we judge necessary in each case. If you'd rather we only used one of them, tell us and we'll stick to it.

We don't put you on a newsletter for having asked a price. There's a separate box on the form for that, and it never comes pre-ticked: you only join the list if you tick it yourself.

On what legal basis

Your consent when you contact us on your own initiative, and legitimate interest or performance of a contract once we're working together on your page.

For the update emails, your consent and nothing else: the box you ticked separately. It stands on its own, and you can withdraw it whenever you like without anything else changing.

The update emails, and how to leave

If you ticked the box, we keep your name, your email, your country and the date you ticked it. That date is our proof that you gave us permission, and we keep it for as long as you stay on the list.

We write once a month at most, with things that help you sell more with your page. Nothing else. We don't sell or share the list, and we don't use it to follow you around with ads on other sites.

Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you're out, with nothing to write and nothing to explain. You can also ask us at hola@tulandingpage.net and we'll do it for you.

Leaving the list doesn't affect emails about your page: if we're working together, we'll keep writing to you about the job, because that isn't advertising.

How long we keep it

If you ask and don't hire us: up to 12 months, in case you come back and don't want to repeat everything.

If you hire us: as long as our country's invoicing law requires, usually 4 to 6 years for tax records.

You can ask us to delete it sooner and we will, except what we're legally required to keep.

Who else sees it

Only the tools we need to run the site, and none of them use it for their own advertising:

Cloudflare, which hosts and protects this site. It sees visitors' IP addresses, like any server.

The service we receive form messages through (email or our own automation flow), so your enquiry reaches us.

If you write on WhatsApp, that conversation is also governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

We don't sell your data to anyone. Ever.

Cookies

This site uses one strictly necessary cookie to remember which language you want, and another to remember whether you accepted or rejected the optional ones. Without them the site can't behave as you'd expect.

The optional ones — visitor measurement — only load if you accept them in the notice, and you can change your mind at any time. If you don't accept, none are loaded.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it. An email to hola@tulandingpage.net is enough and we answer within 30 days.

If you think we handled it badly, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.

If this changes

We'll update this page and change the date above. If the change is significant and we have your email because you're a client, we'll tell you.
