Who we are, and why you should trust us with your page
Fair question. You're about to pay for something you can't touch, to people you met on the internet. So here's the answer, unvarnished.
Why we do this
We started out building sites for big companies, with five-figure budgets and three months of meetings. And at the same time we watched the corner shop, the neighbourhood salon and the local garage selling well but invisible on Google, losing customers every week without knowing it.
The problem wasn't that they didn't want a website. It's that they were quoted thousands and spoken to in a language they didn't follow, or sold a builder where they had to do everything themselves. Both roads end the same way: no website.
So we built the third road. Examples already made for each kind of business, a price a small business can pay in one go, and all the technical work on our side. You send photos on WhatsApp. We do the rest.
What we promise, in writing
- You don't pay until you've seen it finished
No deposit. We build it, show you the whole thing, and only if you like it do you pay. That's our risk, not yours.
- You talk to the person building it
No account manager, no support ticket. We answer the WhatsApp ourselves, the same working day.
- No jargon
If we ever say something you don't follow, that's our fault, not yours. Ask and we'll say it again in plain words.
- The page is yours
Files included and the domain in your name. No mandatory monthly fee, no lock-in. If you leave, you take everything.
When we'll tell you no
- If you need an online store with thousands of products and stock control, that's a different job and we'll say so.
- If you want to rank first on Google within a week: nobody can promise that, and anyone who does is lying to you.
- If what you want is someone to run your social media every month. We build the page, not the advertising.
