Terms and conditions
The rules of the deal, written so you don't need a lawyer to follow them. If anything here seems unfair, tell us before we start.

What exactly we sell
The design and publication of a website for your business, in one of the three options listed on the site. What each includes is what its list says, and the proposal we send before starting puts it in writing.
It does not include: social media management, advertising campaigns, ongoing content writing, or guaranteed Google rankings. If you need any of that, we'll say so and point you in the right direction.
Prices and tax
Prices on the site are per project and paid once. They exclude tax: the total with tax appears in your proposal.
The price is fixed in the proposal before we start and doesn't change afterwards, unless you ask for something that wasn't agreed. In that case we tell you what it costs and you decide.
When you pay
We don't ask for a deposit. We build the page, show it to you finished on a private link, and payment happens when you approve it and before it goes live.
If you'd rather split it in two, you can: half on approval, half on publishing.
Our guarantee
If the finished page doesn't convince you, you have the rounds of changes your option includes to get it how you want it.
If you still don't like it, we don't publish it and you pay nothing. We lose the work. What we can't do is refund a page that's already live and in use.
What we need from you, and what happens if it doesn't arrive
To hit the timeline we need your photos, your prices and your opening hours. The clock starts when that material arrives, not when you say yes.
If the material is late, the timeline moves with it. If 60 days pass without it, we close the project and you'd have to start again — having paid nothing, because payment comes afterwards.
You're responsible for having the right to use the photos and text you send us. If you send us someone else's material without permission, that's on you.
Who owns the page when it's done
You do. Once paid, the design, the words we wrote for you and the files are yours, and we hand them over.
We reserve the right to show your page as an example of our work. If you'd rather we didn't, say so and we won't.
Domain and hosting
The domain is registered in your name, not ours. The first year is included; you renew it afterwards, or ask us and we'll handle it.
Hosting can be yours or ours. If it's ours and one day you want to leave, we hand over everything so you can move it without trouble. There's no lock-in.
How far we're liable
We build the page carefully and test it, but we can't guarantee you'll sell more, how many visitors you'll get, or where you'll rank on Google. That depends on your business, your price and your market.
Our liability is limited to what you paid us for the project.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time before approving the page, paying nothing and without explaining yourself.
We can also cancel if the project turns out to be something other than what was agreed, or if communication becomes impossible. You pay nothing in that case either.
The emails we send you
Sending the form gives us permission to write to you about what you asked: to answer you, send the quote and, if you hire us, everything to do with your page. That comes with the job and can't be opted out of, because without it we can't help you.
Separately, the form has an optional box for tips and updates. You only join that list if you tick it. It never comes pre-ticked, leaving it blank changes nothing about your quote or how we treat you, and you can tick it now and change your mind later.
If you're on the list, every email has a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom, and you can also ask us at hola@tulandingpage.net. Leaving the update list doesn't cut you out of emails about your own page.
We store the date you accepted these terms and, if you ticked it, the date of the updates box. Our privacy policy explains what that data is, how long we keep it and how to ask us to delete it.
Governing law
This agreement is governed by the law of the country where Preta is registered, without prejudice to the consumer rights you hold in your own country.
